the Emergency Powers Act of 1973 Senate Report 93-549 War and Emergency Powers Acts,
continued the National State of Emergency that was begun by FDR March 9,
1933 with his dictatorial statement:
" I will take
charge of the the United States as if we were at war."
invoking his
position as Commander in Chief
without
involving Congress to write Executive Orders at will. Through Korea and RVN
until the conclusion of RVN in 1973 we were in a State of Emergency. To continue
all the administrative agencies under executive the State of National Emergency
and International Emergency is renewed by a bicameral bipartisan unanimous vote
every year. There is no need to invoke it, it has been there all the time since
we have been alive. Anytime an Executive Order is written in secret with no
discussion with Congress, the Courts or the Press, it is
invoked.
The Enabling Act of March 23, 1933 was only two weeks after
the FDR declaration of taking over as if we were at war.
These
declarations led FDR and Adolf Hitler taking over and leading to toppling of
national regimes that we have witnessed in our own time of aggression or
subversion of a domino effect on foreign powers for their
resources.

Ermächtigungsgesetz) was a 1933 amendment to the Weimar Constitution
that gave the German Cabinet – in
effect, Chancellor Adolf
Hitler – the power to enact laws without the involvement of the Reichstag.
It passed in both the Reichstag and Reichsrat on 23
March 1933, and was signed by President
Paul von Hindenburg
later that day. The act stated that it was to last four years unless renewed by
the Reichstag, which occurred twice. For all intents and purposes, the Enabling
Act gave Hitler plenary powers and made
him the dictator of Germany. It followed on the heels of the Reichstag Fire
Decree, which abolished most civil liberties and transferred state powers to
the Reich government. The combined effect of these two bills was to bring the Weimar Republic to an
end.”

Following 911 a speech was given by a government official to a
Graduating Class in the North East which was this speech that Hitler gave
replacing the nouns of German to those of the United States and received a
standing ovation from the audience. Afterward he announced that speech was one
Adolf Hitler gave following the Reichstag Fire and the Enabling Act changing his
position from Chancellor to Fuehrer.
The
same is true now. Only the names of the parties have been changed but the same
organizations in power then, are the same in power today in the United States.
