INTRODUCTION
[Ed Note:
Two weeks to the day, the Emergency
Power Act of March 9, 1933
preceded the Enabling Act for Nazi Germany both disbanding de facto
Control of the Reichstag and Congress simultaneously. Prescott
Bush was financing the Nazi Party at the time for the next ten years
Bush was financing the Nazi Party at the time for the next ten years
And
coordinated the pretense for the invasion of Europe
and
Regime change of the monarchies to establish European Union.
This established the joint dictatorships of Germany and United
States
Which began then disbanding the Existing
Constitution
WWII had nothing to do with the “Freedom of the
United States” as
All
the oil, money, and tanks, and support was provided by the
United States, Inc. The “war” ended when William Stamps Farrish
CEO
Of
EXXON/Std Oil , the TRUSTEE of the BUSH FAMILY TRUST, stopped shipment of oil
from Houston, TX. The
Germans ran out of gas and Eisenhower then scheduled the
Normandy Invasion who would conquer the
Germans who ran out of gas.
The
Enabling Act passed in the Reichstag and signed by President Paul von Hindenburg on 23 March
1933. It
followed the Reichstag Fire Decree, that gave
Hitler plenary power. It received its name
from its legal status as an enabling act granting the Cabinet – in effect, the Chancellor –
the authority to enact decrees without involving the
Reichstag.
The
Reichstag fire (German: Der
Reichstagsbrand (help·info)) was an arson attack on the Reichstag building in Berlin on 27
February 1933. The event is seen as pivotal in the establishment of Nazi Germany.
The
Reichstag Fire Decree (German: Reichstagsbrandverordnung) is the common name of
the Decree of the Reich President for the Protection of People and State
(German: Verordnung des Reichspräsidenten zum Schutz von Volk und Staat) issued
by German President Paul von Hindenburg in direct response to the Reichstag fire
of 27 February 1933. The decree nullified many of the key civil liberties of
German citizens. With Nazis in powerful positions in the German government, the
decree was used as the legal basis of imprisonment of anyone considered to be
opponents of the Nazis, and to suppress publications not considered “friendly”
to the Nazi cause. The decree is considered by historians to be one of the key
steps in the establishment of a one-party Nazi state in
Germany.
It was
at this point, when
our
nation struggled for its survival,
that
the Constitution of the United States of America was effectively
cancelled.
We are
in a State of Emergency!
