It's spring, so it shouldn't surprise any of us that North Korea has launched a missile.

It's a behavioral phenomenon singular to the Hermit Kingdom. The country lies on the periphery of international attention until, with the well-calculated flip of a missile-test switch, it goes from a mere object of intrigue to the center of grave apocalyptic concern. International bargaining chip successfully acquired.
