I don't think what BHO has done is treason, but it is illegal under our Constitution, and it is a violation of International Law. But it really does not matter. Mr. Turner is right. In 1946, a lot of German officers were executed for doing exactly what BHO is doing in Libya. And this liability stretches down the chain of command to the officers who followed the illegal orders to attack Libya.
Don't underestimate the legal importance of what is happening in Libya. This is just another step to transferring all military power to the U.N. It is the Globalist wet dream.... And this has been a long time coming. This is happening according to well laid plans. And if BHO and his handlers get away with this, then we as a nation deserve we get----a nation ruled by tyrants, rather than a nation under the rule of law.
Now, will somebody please pass me the tv tuner????

And on 19 March, 2011, in another blatant act of Treason, Mr. Obama, aided and abetted by Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, declared war on Libya – without the required declaration of war by Congress. Those in position of authority who fail to take action on this, and his previous acts of Treason, can themselves be charged with Misprision of Treason*.

Plausible deniability and the Nuremberg Defense (we were just following orders) no longer apply. Your Senators’ and Congress-members’ phones should be ringing off their hooks with demands from their constituents to be bringing charges of Treason to the floor of both Houses. (NOTE: They will be home from D.C. during the week of March 21-27, 2011. What a great time for 500 to 1,000 of their constituents to show up at their offices with their demands for action on upholding their oath to the Constitution).

TREASON, by any other name, is still TREASON. Upon conviction thereof the punishment therefore can be most severe indeed.
