Dear [% recip.FIRSTNAME({ifEmpty='friend'}) %],

I hope you will join many of your fellow activists for a viewing of The Cartel sponsored by Americans for Prosperity on March 16th at 6:00 p.m. at the Independence Institute, 13952 Denver West Parkway, Suite 400 in Golden. This event will highlight the importance of school choice and free market reforms in education. Click here to register for this free event.

Because bureaucrats and unions often have a stranglehold on K-12 education, children often suffer – and it is the underprivileged who are forgotten and left behind. This event is sponsored by Americans for Prosperity and the Independence Institute.

We will be screening the movie The Cartel. The Cartel highlights teachers punished for speaking out, principals fired for trying to do the right thing, union leaders defending the indefensible and bureaucrats blocking new charter schools. These are just some of the people we meet in The Cartel. The film also introduces us to teens who can't read, parents desperate for change, and teachers struggling to launch stable alternative schools for inner city kids who want to learn. I hope you will click here to register for this opportunity to view The Cartel and help make a difference for children who are trapped in failing schools.

Sincerely,

Jeff Crank
