March 20-22, 2009 -- Wilkerson says Cheney "evil." Add "pervert" to the list.

Former Secretary of State Colin Powell's Chief of Staff at the State Department, Colonel Larry Wilkerson, commented recently on The Washington Note web site recently that former Vice President Dick Cheney was "evil." Wilkerson said, "Cheney and his like are the evil people and we certainly are not going to prevail in the struggle with radical religion if we listen to people as he."

A knowledgeable source has re-affirmed to WMR that not only is Cheney "evil" but he is "perverted," as well.

On June 4, 2007, WMR reported: "As we have previously reported, Vice President Dick Cheney remains at the center of the 'Washington Madam' scandal while he was President and CEO of Halliburton. Cheney split his time during the mid and late 1990s between Dallas and his home in McLean, a residence described by someone familiar with escort visits to be a 'modest townhouse.' We visited the secluded town home sub-division in posh McLean, Virginia and found Mr. Cheney's former 6613 Madison of McLean Drive home and, indeed, it is a 'modest townhouse,' by McLean standards. In 1994, Cheney, the former Secretary of Defense, was 53 years old."

On July 16, 2007, WMR reported: "WMR has learned that Vice President Dick Cheney used an alias while he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Halliburton. On occasion, Cheney traveled under the alias of 'Bruce Chiles.' Cheney's middle name is Bruce. WMR has previously reported that some sex escorts knew him by the name 'Richard,' with no last name used. Cheney may have used 'Bruce Chiles' for both business and pleasure purposes. Cheney, while at Halliburton, engaged in business with Iran and Libya via Halliburton Products & Services Ltd. of Dubai, a foreign subsidiary incorporated in the Cayman Islands. 'Chiles' may have also been used to identify Halliburton's then-CEO in dubious deals with nations like Nigeria."

On October 10, 2007, WMR reported: "When [former Senator Fred] Thompson and Cheney both lived in McLean, which has become known as Washington's version of 'Peyton Place,' they were both reportedly associated with escorts working for the then-discreet Pamela Martin & Associates fantasy sex escort service, whose escorts have already been linked to Louisiana GOP Senator David Vitter and former US Agency for International Development director Randall Tobias. Pamela Martin started its business in 1994."

In a new revelation, WMR has learned from a knowledegable source that Cheney had installed in the basement of his 6613 Madison of McLean Drive townhouse a ceiling to floor "stripper" pole used by exotic dancers.

On April 11, 2008, WMR reported: "Cheney, according to knowledgeable sources involved in the [Deborah Jeane] Palfrey [prostitution] trial, paid at least one escort to straddle a glass top table and defecate on it while Cheney peered at the bowel "evacuation" from underneath."

Palfrey was found hanging at her mother's residence in Tarpon Springs, Florida on May 1, 2008, after her earlier conviction in federal court in Washington for running a prostitution ring in Washington, DC. No charges were ever brought against any of the clients of Palfrey's Pamela Martin & Associates escort service.

Cheney has built a large new mansion in McLean at 1126 Chain Bridge Road. At the time the home was being built, the anonymous owner's address was listed as "1 Observatory Circle, NW, Washington, DC 20008," the Vice Presidential residence. There is now word about how many glass top tables have been moved into Cheney's new home or whether a brass pole has been installed in the basement.
