July 19, 2008 (LPAC)—Although George Soros was officially thrown out of China, and made persona non grata, after the 1989 Tiananmen Square uprising, and his multiple subversive organizations in Beijing disbanded, nonetheless, old Nazi George found a way to contribute mightily to the Tibetan uprising across China’s west this past spring. The medium was his daughter, Andrea Soros Colombel, who founded the Trace Foundation with her daddy’s money in 1993, in order to “promote the cultural continuity and sustainable development of Tibetan communities within China.”

While also spending millions to bring Tibetan dissidents to the United States, and running a “Latse Foundation” in New York City, most of the millions are spent in the areas considered by the Nazi-loving Dalai Lama to be “Greater Tibet”—i.e., the Chinese province of Qinghai, and parts of Sichuan, Gansu, Yunnan, and Xinjiang provinces. Dozens of Trace Foundation programs cover the region, sponsoring various humanitarian efforts in education, health, and “culture.” They also sponsor the export of yak butter and cheese—of which Andrea Soros partakes too often, as judged from her appearance.

However, after the bloody riots in Lhasa by the Dalai Lama’s minions, local violent actions sprang up across China by people of Tibetan ethnicity, mostly those where Andrea Soros’s foundation works. The Trace Foundation website homepage is a message of “deep concern about the recent events in Tibetan regions of China.” It calls on China to “refrain from the use of force in responding to this situation,” and makes clear that China’s extensive investment into the infrastructural development of the region is not acceptable, calling for “a model for development that engages the Tibetan people…, using a people-oriented approach … to guarantee the continuity of Tibetan culture.”

EIR will investigate further the Soros family’s love for “traditional Tibetan culture,” which was equally admired by Heinrich Himmler and his SS, who had hired young George in Hungary back in 1944 to help deal with the property of the Jews who had been deported to the concentration camps.
